Refund Policy

We offer returns on all our pieces orders in the UK and Internationally within 14 days of delivery. Please use the returns center. Note that if your item is a custom order, these are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

Customers are also fully responsible for all local customs or tax fees and, no refunds shall be made in cases where the customer is unwilling to cover these fees. No refunds shall be made in such instances, (value forfeited) and a shipping fee will be incurred if parcels are requested to be shipped out again.

Innysthebrand is not responsible for orders MISSING OR STOLEN, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed  packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.  

You may track your package on our website at the info section, using the supplied tracking number sent via confirmation email. 


What if my items are damaged or defective?

Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. 

Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
