Most of our our jewelry are 18-24K gold plated stainless steel, or over 925 sterling silver, brass base. Most have been dipped in a gold bath. This means the biggest part of our collection is hypoallergenic & tarnish free. If you take care of our items the gold plating last for years. Perfume, the sea, chlorine and soap will fasten the fading.


What is Stainless steel?

Majority of our collection comprises of stainless steel which is a steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless steels are most notable for their corrosion resistance, meaning it doesn’t rust or tarnish.

What is Sterling Silver?
some of our jewelry are made with Sterling silver which has a purity of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. When taken care of correctly, sterling silver jewelry can last you a lifetime. People who are allergic to metals such as nickel and or brass can wear sterling silver jewelry without much worry.

What is Gold filled?

Also called rolled-gold. These jewelry items are not actually filled with gold. They are made of a base metal (usually brass or copper) covered by sheets of gold in a mechanical bonding process.

Effectively a thick coat of gold: the gold content is 5% or 1/20 of the total weight. Use gold-filled items for your top-of-the-line jewelry. Usually made with 14k &18k gold, it is hard wearing and usually lasts for up to 10 years, with proper care. It should last as long as solid 14k gold jewelry. It is safe for most people with sensitive skin.

What is CZ?

Cubic zirconia (also known as CZ) is similar to a diamonds with its brilliance and crystal clarity, but it is a synthesized (man-made) crystalline material that is colorless, hard, and flawless. It looks so much like a diamond, it is an affordable alternative to diamonds.

Can I swim or shower with my jewelry?

If you take care of our items the gold plating last long. Perfume and soap will fasten the fading. Be careful wearing your jewelry in a chlorinated pool or in the sea. This can do more damage in one hour than several years worth of wear and tear. Chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs, and even cleaning supplies, will attack the other metals that are alloyed with our golden coating. For more tips refer to our jewelry care page.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Domestic orders takes about 2-5 days shipped using Royal Mail, for International & domestic delivery it takes about 10-20 days, maybe less. We will send you your tracking number and you can track your order on our website, just go to the info section. If you can’t wait to meet your precious jewels you can pay for express shipping at the checkout, takes 5-10 days to be delivered.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. And we also offer paid express shipping.


Unfortunately, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons, all sales are final so please double check before you place your order. Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers.


Innysthebrand is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLEN, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed  packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout. 

You may track your package using the supplied tracking number sent via confirmation email. 

As a friendly reminder, If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake.


Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.

However if you have placed an order and tracking number hasn’t been issued we will resolve this issue. If a tracking number has already been issued, a £8 ‘return to sender’ fee and further £4 postage fee will be charged.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

No, you do not - you can place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you do create an account. Not only will you be able to rate and review products, but also you can obtain discounts on future purchases. After all, shopping more for less is always fun!
